Offshore Projects:
SAVY Infotech can execute projects on a turnkey basis or for specific modules / functions offshore. Based on the requirements, a system study can be conducted at the site. The effort is estimated and the team established on the basis of the requirements, offshore. It has been observed that projects developed offshore, even with a 20% content on-site (one to two persons being based on-site for co-ordination/customization) results in a cost savings of over 45%.

Apart from this, SAVY Infotech is also willing to invest on other Technologies if the commitment from the client is on a long-term basis. Under such circumstances, SAVY Infotech will invest resources, train developers on the technology, and handle projects from offshore. To begin with, a specific module could be developed on-site at the client’s site following which the technology transfer could happen. Subsequently, the development could be shifted offshore.

Specific area in the Software Facility of SAVY Infotech can be dedicated to the client depending on the scale and requirements of the project. All resources like Servers, workstations and the manpower can be exclusively set up for the client. In serving the client’s requirements through offshore development, depending on the domain expertise as required by the client, the client could leverage on SAVY’s strategic partnerships in India. Onsite Projects:
In specific projects where clients require complete onsite support and development, SAVY Infotech has the ability to provide the client a wide variety of solutions onsite.

Based on the nature of the project, the client can engage SAVY Infotech as a solutions provider. A team of consultants from SAVY Infotech will then be dedicated for the client’s project over a period of time. Alternatively, SAVY could support the client’s business and technology support requirements by placing some of our skilled and experienced consultants at the client’s site to support the client’s requirements.
