Offshore Model

SAVY Infotech can execute projects on a turnkey basis or for specific modules / functions offshore.  Based on the requirements, a system study can be conducted at the site.  The effort is estimated and the team established on the basis of the requirements of the project.  It has been observed that projects developed offshore, even with a 20% content on-site, (one to two persons being based on-site for coordination/customization) result in cost savings of over 45%.

Apart from this, SAVY Infotech is also willing to invest on other Technologies if the commitment from the client is on a long-term basis.  Under such circumstances, SAVY Infotech will invest resources, train developers on the technology, and handle projects from offshore.  To begin with, a specific module could be developed at the client’s site during which the technology transfer happens.  Subsequently, the development could be shifted offshore.

Onsite Projects

In specific projects where clients require complete onsite support and development, SAVY Infotech has the ability to provide to the client a wide variety of solutions onsite. Based on the nature of the project, SAVY Infotech can engage the client as a solutions provider. 

A team of consultants from SAVY Infotech will be dedicated to the client’s project over a period of time.  Alternatively, SAVY could support the client’s business and technology requirements by placing some of our skilled and experienced consultants at the client’s site.
